This year, unicrew marked 14 years in business with Company Day 2026, a full day away from screens at Skarbova Hora ranch for the 100+ people who make up our team today. We started in 2012 as Artelogic, and 14 years later we’ve grown into a technology and development partner with clients in 12 countries, eight service lines, and an ISO 27001-certified information security practice.
Fourteen years is a good reason to slow down for a day. This year that meant a ranch with a resident herd of horses, cowboy hats instead of laptops, and bograch shared together. Below, we walk through how the day went, how far we’ve come since we opened our doors, and why supporting Ukraine has become part of who we are along the way.

Fourteen years, the same values
Every year, we set aside one full day with nothing on the agenda but each other’s company. Company Day 2026 took us to Skarbova Hora, a ranch outside our everyday routine, for a schedule built around simply being present together.
The day opened with a ranch tour, followed by time spent watching the resident horses graze, walking the grounds, and sharing bograch.
It’s a chance for a team spread across five countries to spend real time together in person: the same people who deliver solutions, manage the projects, and talk to clients every other day of the year, together in one place for a few hours.
Looking Back
This Company Day feels like a good reason to look back at how far we’ve come.
We started in 2012 under the name Artelogic. The values we built the company on, client success, transparency, and respect, are the same three we operate by today, even though nearly everything about our scale has changed since.
We’ve grown from a handful of founders to 100+ people across our offices in Ukraine, Poland, the UK, the US, and Estonia; delivered 150+ projects for clients in 12 countries, across industries including e-Commerce, Hospitality, Logistics, EdTech, and CTRM/ETRM for energy and commodity trading.
Our services have grown right alongside our team. What began as custom software development now spans eight practice areas: Software Development and Modernization, AI Development, Smart Enterprise, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity and Compliance, Design Solutions, Team Extension, and Technology Consulting.
Our information security management system is now ISO 27001 certified, verified through external audit. unicrew holds a spot on Clutch’s 2025 Clutch 1000 list, and last but not least, we’re also proud members of the Lviv IT Cluster.
None of that happened overnight, and none of it happened without the people who chose to stay and build it with us.
Standing With Ukraine
unicrew has operated from Ukraine since 2012, and for more than four years now, that has meant operating through a full-scale war. It has shaped what we see as our responsibility to the people who work here.
When a teammate joins the army, staying by their side, financially and otherwise, and helping collect and distribute donations for their needs and their brigades, is simply the baseline of what we do as a company.
What we’re genuinely proud of is what the team does on top of that, without being asked. At Company Day 2026, our team ran an auction and helped raise funds for The ARKON Company of the 80th Air Assault Brigade. That kind of thing says more about who we are than any company policy could.
Continuing to grow, hire, and deliver good work from Ukraine is part of that same commitment. Every project we take on and every person we bring onto the team is also our way of keeping value inside Ukraine’s tech sector.
Why We Still Make Time for Days Like This
A team of 100+ people doesn’t get many chances to be in the same place without a deadline attached. The bigger and more distributed we’ve gotten, the more deliberate we’ve had to be about making that time happen.
Company Day isn’t what builds our culture day to day. The mentorship that turns new hires into senior specialists, the client relationships we renew year after year, the values that show up in a project review as much as in a client kickoff call, that’s the everyday work. What a day at a ranch gives us is a chance to notice it together, once a year: the same people who normally know each other through a video call, spending an afternoon on the same ground, sharing the same meal, and standing for the same photos.
Years of client work doesn’t happen without people choosing, year after year, to stay and build it together.
Grateful for the People Who Got Us Here
Fourteen years is a long time to keep showing up, and we don’t take it for granted. We’re grateful for every client who has trusted us with their work, some for a single project, many for years running, and for choosing to keep working with us as our team and our services have grown around their needs.
We’re just as grateful for our own team: the people who joined as juniors and grew into leads, the people who mentored those that came after them, and the people who simply decided that this was still the place worth building something with. Company Day is one day. The other 364 are the ones that actually built the last 14 years, and we don’t forget that.
