About these terms

These terms apply when you use unicrew.com, and by using the site you agree to them. The site is for organisations looking for a software development partner and for adults who want to work with us.

These terms cover your use of this website only, not any services we provide. If you have a signed or written agreement with us, it governs our work together and takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and a change applies only to your use of the site after that date.

The text, images, graphics and code on this site belong to us or to others who let us use them, such as clients whose reviews we quote. You may read our content, save or print pages for your own use, share links, and quote short extracts of our own content with a credit and a link back to us. For anything more, such as republishing, selling, adapting or translating our content, or showing our pages inside another website, you need our written permission. Automated access is covered in the next section. Nothing in these terms limits what copyright law already allows you to do.

Search engines and AI tools

This does not allow anyone to republish our pages, in full or in large part, and it does not cover content that belongs to others, such as client reviews and logos, or personal data about people named or pictured on the site. Please keep automated access to a pace that does not slow the site down.

Trade marks

unicrew and the unicrew logo are our trade marks, and other names and logos on this site belong to their owners. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us or that we work with you, or register a domain name, social media account or trade mark that could be confused with our name.

Using our forms and the site

Please use our forms only for enquiries about working with us, job applications and signing up for our emails. Do not send spam, malware, or anything you know to be false, misleading or unlawful. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, impersonate someone else, or collect personal data about other people from it.

If you find a security issue on this site, please tell us at privacy@unicrew.com without accessing, changing or keeping data that is not yours, and before making it public.

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or services, and a link does not mean we endorse a website or act for its owner. Tools from other companies that open inside our pages, such as our scheduler for booking calls, are run by their providers under their own terms and privacy notices.

Please get advice before acting on them. The site and its content are provided as they are and as available, and we may change, pause or remove parts of the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. Nothing in these terms affects the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

This includes any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data.

If we are nevertheless found liable to you as a business user, our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the site is limited to USD 50.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site. If a court decides that any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
