Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026. Version 2.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on unicrew.com, which is run by Artelogic OÜ, trading as unicrew (“we”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. Your choice
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as browser storage, scripts that read information from your device, and tracking pixels in emails.
On your first visit our banner asks whether you accept. The tools in section 3 load only after you accept. Your choice lasts 12 months, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw, none of those tools load from your next page view, and what happened while you had accepted is not affected. When you withdraw, or reject after having accepted before, we delete the cookies those tools set on unicrew.com. Cookies they set on their own domains, such as doubleclick.net or linkedin.com, stay until they expire, and you can delete them in your browser settings.
If what you are asked to agree to changes, the version number at the top of this page goes up and the banner asks you again.
2. What runs without your consent
- Your cookie choice, kept in your browser’s local storage (“uc-consent”) so we do not ask you on every page. It stays until you clear it, and we ask again after 12 months.
- A bot check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), which reads signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection, as its Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains.
- Page speed and visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics), measured without cookies.
We use the bot check and the visit counts on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our website secure and working well (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. What runs only if you accept
- Google Analytics (Google): shows us how visitors use our site. We use Google Signals and link Google Analytics with Google Ads, and Google also uses this data for its own purposes. Cookies on unicrew.com, lasting up to 2 years.
- Google Ads (Google): tells us when an ad leads to an enquiry, and lets Google, as a third-party vendor, use cookies to show our ads on other websites based on your visits to ours. If you type your email address into one of our forms, a coded (hashed) version of it is sent to Google to match the enquiry to an ad. Google also uses this advertising data for its own purposes. Cookies on unicrew.com and doubleclick.net, lasting up to 13 months, and browser storage that stays until you clear it.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors use our pages, so we can improve them. Microsoft also uses this data for its own purposes, including advertising. Cookies on unicrew.com, clarity.ms and bing.com, lasting up to 13 months.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn): measures visits from LinkedIn and our LinkedIn ads, and builds audiences for those ads. Cookies on unicrew.com and linkedin.com, lasting up to 1 year.
- Visit context (us): the pages you view during your visit and how you arrived, kept in your browser’s session storage (“uc-journey”) and sent to us only with a form you submit. It is erased when you close the tab or withdraw your consent.
Each provider explains its cookies and its own use of data in its privacy notice: Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn. The exact cookies a provider sets can change over time. You can also turn off personalised ads from Google in Google’s Ad Settings.
4. Booking a call
Our “Book a call” buttons open Calendly’s scheduler inside our page. Calendly, and services it uses such as Stripe and Cloudflare, set their own cookies, lasting up to 2 years, to run the booking and prevent fraud, as Calendly’s privacy notice explains. Calendly may ask you about its optional cookies in its own banner.
5. Emails we send
If you sign up for our emails, they contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You agree to this when you sign up, and you can stop it by unsubscribing.
6. The record of your choice
When you accept cookies, or later withdraw, we keep a record of that choice so we can show that you consented, as the law requires (Article 7(1) GDPR). The record holds a random identifier from your browser, the date and time, your choice, the policy version and the page you were on, but not your IP address or anything that names you. It is kept in our website database for as long as we may need to show the choice you made. A first-time refusal stays in your browser only.
