The leadership team envisioned a digital order management platform where customers could self-manage their moving orders — from item selection to quote generation — without direct interaction with staff.

The result is a web platform that supports everything from selecting move items and packing options to accessing real-time pricing and order status. Thoughtful design decisions helped transform a multi-step process into a guided wizard that functions equally well on desktops, tablets, and phones.
Beyond the main deliverables, the platform also integrates features like real-time pricing adjustments based on user selections (e.g., packing services, storage), a callback scheduling function, and full API integration with MiniMoves’ internal systems. The application is deeply embedded in the company’s WordPress-based customer journey, launching after the Ballpark Estimation stage. A secure payment module is also planned in future updates.
By combining thoughtful UX design with scalable architecture and smooth backend integration, unicrew created a tool that delivers real impact across the entire order lifecycle.
