Middle Full Stack Engineer (React / Next.js / Node.js)

Responsibilities

• Front‑End (React + Next.js). Architect, build, and document a design‑system‑driven component library; implement responsive, accessible UI; optimize for Core Web Vitals
• Back‑End (Node.js). Areate lightweight APIs, middleware, and integrations needed by the front‑end; ensure secure, scalable deployment
• Site Delivery. Use the component library to build and maintain five distinct websites, each aligned to its own corporate identity
• Quality & Maintenance. Write unit/integration tests, set up CI/CD pipelines, and proactively refactor for performance and maintainability
• Collaboration . Work closely with designers, product owners, and fellow engineers; participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional JavaScript/TypeScript experience across front‑end and back‑end
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js (SSR/ISR, routing, data‑fetching), and modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS‑in‑JS, or similar)
• Node.js skills (Express or equivalent) and familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Experience building or maintaining design systems / component libraries
• Comfort with Git, automated testing (Jest/React Testing Library), and CI/CD workflows
• Good understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO basics
• Clear communication, ownership mindset, and a knack for turning designs into elegant code
